Portable satellite dish
(gives players the ability to communicate with the base without using Comm.Towers when they are far away)

Portable satelite dish
can be only carried by Rover like Augar.
It has a comm. range of an ordinary Comm.Tower BUT....it will communicate with main base even without Comm.Towers connecting it.
Please look at the example. Here we have a main base and an outpost:
In order to connect them together you would need to set-up a couple-dozens Comm.Towers:
An alternative is to set only one
Portable satellite dish
near the outpost.
Note that some Comm.Towers are still present near the outpost - they expand the communication range:

Great idea... being able to program/move to differnet orbiting satellite could be fun,.. would expect blackouts during dust storms and solar flares
