PVC piping would have obvious uses. Spun PVC would make good insulation. Could be used to make conduit for Electrical wire from hab to hab or Solar panel arrays.
USe Copper from the ground to extrude wire, coat with PVC you got insulated wires.
Once Coms rely on the towers, and get "knocked out" in storms, hardline connections can be a quest.
