Title: Feedback Request
Post by: profit004 on December 08, 2010, 12:56:56 PM
I think it would be helpful if the game gave a little more feedback.    I was thinking specifically one message per play session saying things that need attention.  For examples:

If a plant or plants need water or fertilizer, you might get the message -> "Plants are wilting in the greenhouse."

If the batteries are depleted in a hab you might get the message -> "Aquapotics Habitat is offline(or out of power)"

If a drill needs its ore crate dumped maybe it could say -> "Automated Mining at X,Y cannot proceed due to full ore bin"

I know that it is a little gamy that all these systems can send out these warnings, but not everything can be 100% real life.

I have a feeling Hyper already has these planned, but if not, I think they could enhance gameplay by offering soft objectives to players as they log in and throughout their play session.

i like the casual way it is now where you have to check things and if they need doing do them and then move onto the next thing.

i don't like pushy games where they keep telling you what to do and if you are a little slow and have a big to do list stressing you out and not enjoying the game.

i have heaps of games like that and i don't play them, too much stress and not fun for me :(

Again guys, MCO is a testbed for the Challenger game. You will be given tasks to do and your survival will depend on it.
