Custom music folder

Custom music folder

Is there a possibility that there will be a custom music folder where I could load my mp3 files to listen them while playing MCO?
Some games enable that option (like Sim City 4) but most of them does not. It would be a cool feature appreciated by players.  :)

(to point-out: I'am not talking about music implemented in MCO that may or may not be there in the future, but my own music that I would like to listen why playing MCO)

That's not what I had in mind. Besides - I'am not from US so it won't work for me. If I wanted to hear music no mater what I would open it in the background...by winamp or other player, but as I said before - that's not what I had in mind. :)

Yes, MP3 algorithm is licensed for Fraunhofer-Institut für Integrierte Schaltungen and Thomson Consumer Electronics (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MP3#Licensing_and_patent_issues ).

Surely astronauts on mars will be able to load whatever music they want into a music player wired into their suit.

If not, may I suggest Martian Radio?!?!?! Where everyone in the colony would be able to add files to a station that you could turn on while on an eva.

If I was on mars for years at a time, I would certainly do my best to rig up some such system even if the space authorities frowned upon it.

Its been discussed before that having entertainment for the colony is possible, such as music, it was said that games could be added to the colony PC's (cards, chess etc) a ball/sports equipment. I am sure if it is possible it will be..
