In some games the loading screen has some tips, informations and advices about the gameplay. That way player can be reminded on how some stuf works in MCC.
For instance:

"An astronaut needs to eat 4000 calories a day. If not - he will slowly lose health"
"Thirst bar will lower itself quicker than hunger bar. Especialy when walking in EVA-suit or moving heavy objects"
"Thirst lovers stamina. An astronaut with low stamina will move much slover, and will lose health"
"If you eat raw food - you will get sick"
"Hyperia base get's it's water directly from underground ice-well"
"H2O molecule can be separated by electric power inside separator into Oxygen and Hydrogen in proportions 1:2"
"Thorium reactor uses liquid and radioactive Thorium, which is much safer and cleaner but makes less energy than uranium"
"After time or when dust-storm accurs, your solar panels will get dusty - thus lovering the power generating from it. Clean them to regain that lost power."
"Augar can automaticly mine rich-density pocket ores up to 100 m deep"
"Martian soil is called "regolith""
"Each equipement is made out of parts. If a part is broken, repair it at the work table"
"Older plants give seeds."
"When it's cold during your EVA, turn-up the heating, but beware - your suit will consume more power"
"Mars has two artificial moons called: Phobos & Deimos"
"The Sun viewed from Mars is approximately 1/3 the radial size viewed from Earth"
"As the temperature grows near zero, Dust-devils will start to form. Be aware of them, because they'r static energy can destroy any electronics, including your space-suit"
"Rapid decrease of atmospheric preasure is a sighn that a dust-storm is comming"
"Since there is no ionosphere on Mars, you can only communicate with the base if you have a visual contact or you see a communications tower which then sees the base"
"Radiation is dangerous even in low-dosages becouse it accumulates in your body. Try to minimalize your exposure outside the base. Look out for solar flares"
"Take ground samples to reason what kind of resources lie-down below"

etc.

"Don't drive Rovers over Speed 6 or they will increase Damage and will use more fuel or may even brakedown and stop."
Everyone has Limits! NOT Everyone excepts them!
