First of all... I installed it, clicked the icon, it started and played, but did not save.
I could have ran it as administrator but instead I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it to C:\games\MarsColonyChallenger to bypass UAC...
Everything works perfectly, including saving now.
So... Here is what I have on this machine here at work. (Yes I am at work, and as a programmer I can pass almost anything off as research.
Especially when it comes to debugging potential problems on this new operating system)
